WILL OF JONAS DRIGGERS Box 122 No 6 IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN. - I Jonas Driggers being very sick and weak of body but of sound mind and memory do make and constitute this to be my last Will and Testament.-- That is to say 1st I desire that all my property Real and personal be sold and after the payment of my just debts and funeral expences, that the balance be put on in trust: the intrest to paid annually to my Children and the principal to be equally divided betwen my Children, and paid to them as they sevally come of age. 2nd I constitute my Brother Elisha Driggers and my son J.L. Driggers Executors to this which I declare to be my last Will and Testament revoking all others. IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto subscribed my name this 3rd day of September in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty Eight and the Eighty second of the Independence of the United States of America
