Newburg News - Mrs. Sara Ray Mrs. Sarah Ray, who died at her home Sunday night was an old citizen of this town. Since the tragic death of her son Charlie Ray, August 1s she has been in failing health. She was a devoted mother and grandmoth and a sympathetic neighbor.Funeral Services were conducted at the Methodist church of which she was a member by Rev. Garrison in the presence of many sorrowing relatives and friends. The remains were laid to rest beside her husband to await the resurrection morn. She leaves one daughter, Mrs. Cecelia Wagoner, two brothers, Zach and Bailey Hoss and one sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Miller, also grandchildren and great grandchildren to mourn her loss. We extend to them our sincere sympathy. The funeral was in charge of H. R. McCaw of Rolla. Rolla Paper - January??, 1931
